  This is a very nice property overall. The only complaint would be its level of cleanliness. Pet hair should be removed as best as possible especially in the kitchen and dining area, and a good deep cleaning done maybe quarterly or something. But even with me knowing that I’d still love to utilize the property whenever I’m back in town.

  My family and I traveled from New Jersey to attend my son Officer Graduation on base. We originally booked a hotel room and decided at the last minute to book a place on Vrbo. It was $400 cheaper. It is an old house it can use some upgrades, but all in all a good place to stay temporarily. What I liked most is that the place is very spacious plenty of room. The house came with all the necessities and parking in the drive way.

  We went for our son’s graduation from basic and he loved looking at all the memories in the house of the owners army career. The Ranger House was perfect for us!! We would definitely stay there again!!

• AWFUL EXPERIENCE - STAY CLEAR IF THIS PRIPERTY

  Upon entering there were dead roaches on the carpet. First bathroom had dead bugs in the tub. Baseboards throughout the home are filthy. Master bedroom shower had mold and mildew in it. Departed the home immediately and reached out to the host who did not answer. I left a message and Never Heard back from the host. I finally reached out to evolve, sent in pictures of the roaches and filth, and after four hours of calls with Evolve they refunded me. I had no place to go as everything was booked bc of Fort Moore graduations. At 10 pm I found a hotel. It was the most miserable experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

  -We sincerely apologize for the presence of dead roaches and bugs, as well as the cleanliness issues you encountered. The home has since been treated by a professional pest control company on a weekly basis to address this problem.
  -The mold and mildew in the master bedroom shower were due to a leak that has now been repaired.
  -The window in the bathroom, which allowed bugs to enter, has been fixed and sealed to prevent this from happening again.
  -We apologize for any miscommunication. The homeowner was not aware of your call because no message was left. However, Evolve was informed shortly after and began addressing the situation.
  We understand the inconvenience this caused, especially during a busy time with Fort Moore graduations, and we are sorry that you had to find alternative accommodation late at night. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We are committed to improving our services to ensure a better experience for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

• Nice location - Old house

  The house is in a nice location. The kitchen is nice, but the bedroom, bathrooms, and living area could use some updates. The sheets, towels, and bedding are old and thin, and the furniture is also worn. The carport in the back yard is falling in. The owner was nice and responsive, but this house needs some major improvements and a thorough cleaning, especially in the bathrooms.
