Hi Brandon, we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Upon servicing the hot tub, we were surprised to find it set to 80 degrees. The unit is fully functional, and the heater operates properly, capable of reaching up to 104 degrees. Instructions for operating the hot tub are provided in the welcome book. It features a single temperature control button that adjusts both up and down—unlike some models with separate buttons. If the instructions weren’t followed, it’s possible the temperature was unintentionally lowered. The LED display showed the water at 100 degrees following the reset, and it was clearly warm to the touch. Had you reached out, we would have been happy to assist with adjusting the settings. A wonderful place
5/5 Our sons have been attending Scouts camps in the area for many years, and we enjoy renting a cabin and having a vacation nearby. The experience at Trinity Oaks has been the best we have had so far, and we are sure we'll be back in a future visit. Thank you for making our vacation special.
