Camera 1 is located on the back of the home facing the back of the driveway and the door to the shed, camera 2 is located on the side of the home facing the side deck, the front of the home, and the other side of the driveway, and camera 3 is located on the front right corner of the cabin facing the driveway and has a corresponding floodlight. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion, but only camera 3 will be on during your stay

 - 106 Brookwood Ln, Clarkesville, GA 30523
- Google Maps may take you to Bobby Brooks Road, which requires crossing 6 to 8 inches of water and may necessitate a higher clearance vehicle. Alternatively, take Kelly Mountain Road and turn right on Brookwood Lane at the mailbox stand. The property is the first driveway on the right, about 50 yards down Brookwood Lane

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. After entering your code, press the 'checkbox' button; please wait until you hear the deadbolt mechanism open before pushing on the door. Once that is complete, you can enter. Make sure the door is pulled closed all the way when trying to unlock/lock the door
- The code will give you access to the back door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade 
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Keep the doors locked at all times. This property is in the mountains, and bears may try to visit

- I suggest connecting to this if you have any issues getting into the cabin and need to reach the Guest Contact. Cell phone coverage is spotty in the mountains
