Unbelievably Filthy Property; Host Could Care Less
1/5 We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this VRBO property. Upon arrival, we found the place to be filthy – dirty floors, soiled furniture, pet hair on so many surfaces, and dirty bathrooms. We found slime and mold growing in the hot tub. It was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned in a very long time.We immediately contacted the host to express our concerns, but unfortunately, the response was very nonchalant. No apologies, no offer to resolve. Why pay a cleaning fee when the property is not clean?!? We also reached out to VRBO customer service to file a formal complaint, but we’re still waiting for any type of resolution.This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. We were hoping for a clean and enjoyable weekend getaway, but instead, we spent more time addressing issues than relaxing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and I hope the host and VRBO take steps to improve the cleanliness and overall guest experience.

Fancy Cabin!
5/5 The place was beautiful! 4 big screen TV’s, full kitchen, big space. Not claustrophobic at all! The beds were small, but extremely comfortable. The hot tub was perfect! Great outdoor area. We unfortunately couldn’t get the fireplace working though. It was a very nice place close enough to downtown Blue Ridge.

5/5 My wife and i stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The hot tub was a great benefit during the chilly weather. Great amenities and modern everything. Easy in and out. Close to town. We highly recommend!
