5/5 This was the perfect getaway for us and our 2 dogs. Plenty of nearby hiking trails, Bear Claw winery and a food lion store all less than 15 minutes away. Seeing Deer roam the property was a bonus!

5/5 The weather was not good and it rained almost every day. The cottage is so cozy that we enjoyed our stay using the front covered porch. It was a wonderful relaxing week and we saw deer and bear. You will need 4 wheel drive or at least front wheel drive to get you to the cottage. The only issue was that they need to get a real refrigerator.We used our cooler for all drinks.
