Perfect
5/5 It was very quiet and nice for a short get away! It was very clean and we had no issues. The power did go out for a little and the property manager was quick with updates and very responsive.

Blueridge
2/5 The cabin was nice but had lots of issues. Cabin was suppose to have central AC/heat, that was incorrect, there was no vents, bathroom and downstairs was cold and upstairs was very hot.
Cobwebs were everywhere, needed a good cleaning.
Fireplace did not give off no heat. Hot tub was set on 102 degrees but was barely warm. Parking was listed as 3 vechile, we barely got one in there. I do have pictures to back everything I'm saying.

- As we value guest satisfaction, we will look into your concerns and address any necessary issues. Keep in mind this is a country cabin and while we do take steps to clean and prevent cobwebs, they’re part of nature and they do tend to form overnight.
- We take pride in ensuring the listing of the cabin is accurately advertised. The cabin comes with a central split unit A/C and heater, plus two additional portable heaters, with a recent addition in the bathroom. Given the open concept, as shown in the pictures, it's worth noting that hot air tends to rise.
- Guests can rest assured that the fireplace is in full working condition. As for the hot tub, it's a new addition, recently installed, and undergoes servicing after each stay.
- The description clearly mentions parking for three cars: two on the driveway downstairs and one by the entrance. Given the mountainous location, guests need to be aware that many roads are single-lane, though perfectly safe for travel.
- Regarding the amenities, we provide toiletries, free WiFi connection, TV, and all the necessary amenities that guests will need for the comfort of their stay. However, we welcome any suggestions since it was not specific.

4/5 Cabin was clean and comfortable . However, pictures are deceiving. Not as big as it appears. No place to put luggage in downstairs bedroom. Queen bed was upstairs in loft with rods between rafters for hanging clothes but no place for suitcase except the floor. The biggest issue was parking. Driveway was downhill and was difficult to back out and turn around. The parking spot at the back of the house was hard to access and turn around with a large SUV. Location and closeness to Blue Ridge was the best part about this house.
