Great potential
1/5 Could be so nice but not really clean. The floors are dirty. There are sugar ants and spiders in the kitchen and bathrooms. One headboard is not attached to the bed and any movement caused a banging on the wall. Toilets need replacing. The place is tired. It needs a deep cleaning and updating. Hate it cause it could be so nice. .

- Cleanliness: The cabin is regularly cleaned by a professional service, and a deep clean was completed earlier this month. However, we’ve noted your feedback and will arrange for an additional deep cleaning to ensure that every detail is up to our high standards.
- Pest Control: Given the cabin’s beautiful wooded location, occasional encounters with sugar ants and spiders can occur despite regular pest control treatments. We will continue our efforts to keep these under control, but some level of interaction with nature is part of the cabin’s charm.
- Maintenance: The headboard will be securely reattached promptly, and we’ll inspect the toilet seats to see if replacements are necessary.
- Property Updates: River Rest Vacation offers a rustic charm that many of our guests love. We are committed to maintaining this charm while also making ongoing updates to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests.

4/5 A little hard to locate but once there it was an excellent location. Only problem was difficulty accessing the T.V. Never did understand the process however it was very relaxing without T,V. Clean and well organized. Thank You!! A. R. Taylor
