Spacious, but home needs work
3/5 There is a lot of deferred maintenance in this home. Bathrooms are tired and have broken handles, non-functioning doors to showers etc. Kitchen has a burner that doesn’t work, had to run the dishwasher on pot&pans setting as the normal setting would not work, ice machine in door of fridge does not work. When it rained there was a steady leak in the laundry room. There was also no oil, dishwashing detergent or laundry detergent. We had to outfit all cooking needs (spices, oil etc). There was a box of keurig coffee supplied.
The house did hold our party of five well, there was room for everyone and it was well located to the event we were attending.
Good place to stay for a weekend.
3/5 There wasn't a welcome book like normal. The property was touched up but was not completely renovated. There were some things done but done very cheaply. Also, the manager didn't even know evolve was apart of the rental. They want to rent the property on their own. Boxes and stuff were in the garage. The internet, and TV didn't work at all. The AC was off and took all night the first night cool the upstairs. It was 96 upstairs when we arrived the owner told me nurse it down two degrees at a time because the unit is old. He also told me to keep the air at 78. Hum NO it's 100 outside sorry.
