4/5 A few things would have made this stay 100%. There was no hair dryer, coffee maker was broken, dirty dishes in dish washer, bathrooms needed cleaned again as well. The host was quick to respond and
manage the issues. His cleaning crew was fired and new people came to fix. We left a day early and he refunded us for one day.
