5/5 I highly recommend this Vrbo. The home was so comfortable for 9 adults. It has a fantastic location, just minutes away from all downtown attractions, just a quick Uber drive. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Communication was easy with the owner and she was more than happy to accommodate us. We will use this location again for our next trip to ATL.

Very nice
4/5 House was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable rooms. Only drawback is that neighborhood is a little sketchy, But it looks like it’s going through a revitalization. Really close to everything we needed. Great stay

OK Stay
4/5 The property looks nice like it was recently redone. The neighborhood is on the edge, being gentrified. It is not the safest at night. There were a few issues with not enough towels, I found a few more in the dryer a few days in. There was 1 dish rag/hand towel for the kitchen and no dish soap. The dishwasher detergent ran out. The exterior door handle sliced my hand because it looked like someone tried to saw through the metal. The AC stopped working the 2nd day in so our stay was very hot but I did not realize it till later because we were gone most of the day, so I didn't report right away. The outlets in the kitchen did not all work or they pull out of the wall because they are not secure. There was no laundry soap, which I am not sure if it's normal, other properties I stayed in had it. We ended up ubering into the city most of the time because the walk is not the most enjoyable.This could be a decent stay for the price if some of the issues were fixed.
