  I don’t have enough space in this review to even write all the issues we had. (I tried and ran out of room) The owner, the cleaning service and the managing company Evolve were all a huge disappointment.

  We arrived to a dirty house, missing sheets and only having a half roll of toilet paper and instead of apologizing, we were told by the owner and cleaner that it’s never been a problem and they had photos an hour earlier and none of the mess was there and the beds were clean and there was plenty of toilet paper. They sent someone to bring more, causing us to spend hours waiting for them to show up instead of getting to go out and enjoy our vacation. We couldn’t get into the pool after we were told we’d have no issues. Still no apology. After the dryer had issues and they wanted us to stay for a tech to come for that too, I told him we had plans and couldn’t wait around for hours and requested money back. Instead, he contacted the managing company Evolve who called us at 10pm saying he wanted us to leave. They told us to submit all our issues for a dispute and they’d give us money back for the nights we didn’t stay if we left early. So after dealing with so many issues and being told to get out, we booked hotels last minute at midnight and left the next morning. We received $20 from Evolve for all the trouble even with photos, emails and texts proving the issues.

  Save your time and money and stay somewhere else and do not use Evolve property management.

  - Our trusted cleaning partner Lisa, thoroughly cleaned the property 12 hours before you arrived. We responded immediately after you contacted us and we arranged for another cleaning to ensure everything was spotless.
  - We were not aware of any issues with the dryer as this is a brand-new appliance. We tried to send a technician out to check the dryer and you declined our offer.
  - We let you know before you arrived that the pool key had been changed and you would not have access. You acknowledged this information and that you understood.
  
  We strive to provide a VIP experience in our private home and treat all our guests with respect and honesty, we only ask for the same in return. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Modern Family Stay

  This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address yet.The house is situated on a street with half of the homes under construction still, but we were not at all bothered with noise or workers or anything. There is a playground and pool but they can be a little confusing to find in the large community. A welcome book might be a nice addition to the home for a little more info about the community and the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
