  Okay. This house sounded good; it was easy to book. The photos looked nice, but they were far from real life! When we arrived, we realized it was an old house with an old pool, no heater, and peeling paint. One of the sliding door locks was broken. We tried to contact their “property manager”; they had numbers and emails for guest services, but no one responded! It made for a very long first night because we kept hearing noises. Also, the fridge had ice buildup below the ice machine, which caused a pile of water on the floor.Additionally, we chose this house because the kids could go swimming after a long day at the park. But the pool was a joke—dirty towels, a smelly house, just terrible overall. On the last night, I did hear from their property manager who said his phone wasn’t working, which is why he didn't answer. But what about the other two numbers we called and the email and texts that went unanswered? In my opinion not worth the money

  Pool paint is chipping/flaking when in pool. Floors were dirty not cleaned appropriately and mold/mildew is present near most air ducts and bathrooms.

  We were in town for a competition for our daughter's. we were a group of 3 mom's with their daughters. The house was very clean and provided plenty of space for us to spread out. Having the pool was nice add on. Hearing the frogs at night and trying to find them provided extra entertainment for the girls. We always travel with sounds machines to block out noses like that so we can sleep. We did experience some difficulty with the shower off the living room and water getting everywhere. We tried really hard to keep the shower curtain in the shower but it's just a little short and when the fan was on, it would blow the curtain over the lip of the shower and cause the water to go outside the shower. We just had to use extra towels to soak it up . Nice touch though was the washer and dryer with some laundry soap available. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Overall, we. would likely stay again if we were in the area.

• False advertisement

  This property is dirty, stained towels, we put our beach towels on the outside seating for us to sit on. (The cushions are stained) The pool is not heated and is a joke really. This property does not show regular maintenance. The area is sketchy at best. We left after one night and checked in somewhere else.
