Weekend Getaway
5/5 Planned a weekend getaway to see the waterski show downtown. Decided to VRBO instead of a hotel and this place was an excellent choice! The cottage is so charming, cozy, and comfortable. It was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you need. The view of Lake Eloise is amazing and the sunsets were stunning! Jana, the hostess, is a delight!

It really is a slice of Heaven
5/5 Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Jana, our host, was so lovely and welcoming — she truly made us feel right at home. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well appointed with everything you could possibly need. And the bed? Oh-so-comfortable — we slept like babies!
We made great use of the Blackstone grill, enjoying both dinner and breakfast outdoors. But the real showstopper? The views. They are nothing short of breathtaking — a spectacular gift from God. Sitting out and taking in the scenery felt like a true reset for the soul. The wildlife sightings were the cherry on top — such a treat to be so close to nature.
This place is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return!

5/5 The property was exactly as described. The accommodations were excellent. We had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the magnificent sunsets while sitting in the hottub. There are so many wildlife aspects from the ducks to the birds to the otters to the baby gator. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We will definitely return to this hidden gem!
