Beautiful and Spacious!

This property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There were extension cords and chargers everywhere. Sitting on the back porch provided peaceful relaxation and gorgeous views. We were attending a wedding during our stay and the host helped me find a local hairdresser that came to the house and did a fabulous job! This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Home away from Home

Instantly felt at home with all the amenities provided. Beth was a joy of a Host and top tier on communicating if I had any questions. The neighbors we met were very friendly and made us feel welcome, truly like we were part of the family. I can honestly say I have never been on vacation and felt so welcomed by a community. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire ambiance that the neighborhood offered. We can't wait to come back! We looked forward to our nightly walks around the lake, met some locals at the park while our kids played their hearts out with their new friends along the way! Picturesque sunset chasing on the back patio, as well as bird watching sunrises. We are return guests, second year and counting! It quickly became our yearly trip that our family eagerly and excitedly gets to look forward to every year!

My stay at this beautiful lakefront home in Winter Haven was simply unforgettable! The property offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly feels like home.

The screened porch is a true highlight—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or winding down in the evening with the sounds of nature all around. The grill made it easy to have delightful family BBQs, and the open layout of the home allowed us to create wonderful memories together.

The house is incredibly spacious, with three well-appointed bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms that provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. Each room is thoughtfully & beautifully decorated, adding to the charm of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the living areas are cozy and comfortable.

The location couldn't be better—close to all the attractions that Winter Haven has to offer, yet tucked away in a peaceful lakeside neighborhood. We loved exploring the nearby parks and found the convenience of local shops and restaurants a big plus.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a base for exploring the area, this home has it all. I highly recommend it for families, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Winter Haven!

Peaceful & Family Friendly

My family’s stay here was amazing! So peaceful, especially when winding down in the evenings on the back porch sipping on our beverages. The home accommodations for children were perfect, and being able to wash and dry all our laundry throughout our stay is always a win!

This house is so spacious and completely renovated! 3 full bathrooms, 2 en suites! Love the screened in large back porch and view of the lake!! Went to Tampa one day, Orlando Epcot / Disney another, and then traveled a few hours down to Miami. The fact it’s so centrally located was fantastic! The neighbors are all super friendly too. Privacy with the full fence was nice too.
