  Great location. Great Host. Beautiful property. Close by main thoroughfares. Near Sawgrass Grove. Easy to get to all squares. We would definitely love to stay again if our Host would have us?

  The house itself was modern and perfect for 2 adults. Location was excellent. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle free. When our Keurig broke a new one was delivered the nexj. Hoglvrecommenrz!

  We've been in the rental business for 25 years and have never left a bad review, we always privately tell the owners what we thought but this one needs to be shared so others can make an informed decision.

  1.We are allergic to dogs—no mention of dogs other than to say they are not allowed so we figured it was "safe". The house had little febreeze bottles in several outlets which covered up the smell of dogs for a week or so, but after that it was full on dog smell. It's in the sofa, carpet, the headboard & sideboard of the bed, there was no escaping it.

  2. Pots, pans, dishes, cups and some silverware were dirty and put away, we had to wash everything prior to use. The backsplash was filthy, sauce splattered on it. The oven was dirty and had food particles on the bottom, the utensil drawer liners are stained and dirty, even the trash cans in the kitchen had to be cleaned. The tray for the water/ice on the front of the refrigerator had green algae growing in it, it hadn't been cleaned for a seriously long time for that to happen. We immediately contacted EVOLVE and sent photos to her and her response was "the cleaner must have missed those areas". Although we did not ask for the cleaner to come back and clean, if it was one of my rentals, I would've immediately sent the cleaner back without having to be asked. This house is not set up for renting, the listing says it has cable, but it doesn't--it's a streaming service and worked sporadically, it was constantly buffering and frustrating, the internet is ridiculously slow.

  3.When we first got there, we went to pick up our ID cards so we would be able to play golf for free at all the executive courses and make tee times. The woman at the center said we did not have the ID cards because the owner wanted to keep his privileges to golf.(If you are renting, these privileges go to your renters for the duration of their lease.) We asked EVOLVE about it and they said that the owner does not allow a transfer of their resident IDs for guests. NEVER MENTIONED this anywhere on the listing, had it been, we wouldn't have rented here. This has never happened in all the years we've been coming here. The listing is very deceiving about this & the dogs. Evolve got the owner to relinquish his pass so we would be able to golf.

  PROS: Great location, close to Sawgrass. Master Bed is extremely comfortable.

  Folks want to walk into a spotless fully equipped home & not have to think about this stuff, there are better options.

  Hi Linda, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they shared the following:
  
  -We apologize for the oversight during the turnover, as the alternate cleaner missed some details due to time constraints from an early arrival. This included the dishwasher film on the dishes, for which we take full responsibility. We are actively addressing this to ensure it does not happen again.
  
  -Regarding the visitor passes, the Villages ID was submitted within 24 hours as required. Unfortunately, any miscommunication at the center was beyond our control. We wish this had been brought to our attention so our property manager could assist immediately.
  
  -We’re glad to hear the new bed was comfortable; however, we’re concerned about the issue with the headboard. We’ve asked the cleaner and property manager to thoroughly inspect and address this matter to ensure it is fully resolved for future guests.
