- Guests will be asked to present IDs upon check-in 
- Must be at least 55 years old to book
- There is an electronic code. The Guest Contact will reach out prior to arrival with check-in code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Community amenities are available for an additional $50 fee paid for prior to arrival. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if interested in using the community amenities
- If you plan to use the amenities such as pool, tennis court, etc., passes must be requested 3 days in advance as there is a 3-day waiting period 
- If you plan to set up tee times for golfing, attend any other classes in the villages, or use some of the other amenities, you will need a temporary residents pass (Lifestyle ID). These passes also need to be requested in advance, as they have a 24-48 hour turnaround. There will be a $50 total fee for the Lifestyle ID
