CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Upon arrival, please pick up the key for unit #213 at the front desk at 720 South Sapodilla
- The lockbox at the reception contains the key fob for entering the complex, as well as accessing the pool, gym, and parking. The code is 1310
- After picking up the key fob, please take the first right off of Hibiscus Street to the rear of the building to access the parking garage. The parking space is labeled #276
- From the parking garage, the entrance to the building is in the center of the garage and not the door closest to the parking lot
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key fob to the front desk
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
