  I recently stayed at this place for my mom's 60th birthday weekend Celebration which took place in Port St Lucie, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The house was not fully clean when we arrived – there were visible signs of neglect, including dust, grime, and mold in several areas. The furniture was outdated, and some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were in such poor condition that we couldn't even cook properly. It was clear that the place had not been maintained or properly cleaned in quite some time. There was a big puddle of water in the driveway.

  To make matters worse, the neighbor on the left was downright awful. They were rude, dishonest, and even made up false accusations against us. This led to unnecessary drama that completely ruined our stay. It's incredibly frustrating when you expect to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay, and instead, you're met with bad conditions and unfriendly neighbors.

  I would strongly advise the owner to invest in serious cleaning and maintenance before listing this property again. It’s clear that the home needs repairs, proper cleaning, and an overall update. Until these issues are addressed, I don’t believe anyone should consider renting this place for any stay. We definitely won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

  Hi Nadine, We strive to provide a comfortable place for all our guests and we work hard to maintain our home so that it is guest-ready.
  
  We have professional cleaners who do a great job and alert us of any issues that need attention or repair. We also remodeled the home when it was purchased and we do not feel it is in need of any further repairs.
  
  We try to work with our neighbors who are all very understanding but when you park vehicles on their property it's understandable that they get upset.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  The sounds of nature in the backyard, the breeze, the lake, the gameroom and the HOA pool plus beach proximity was just like being in another world!!! We are coming back again next year and the host Debbie was awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!

  Staying here felt so relaxing, the backyard and lake with sounds of nature were inspiring. The home had everything we needed and more. Only 10 minutes to beaches, the pool, gym, tennis courts, and playgrounds were awesome. Outlets are 3 minutes away. great restaurants and nightlife too. Most definitely coming back next year! Debbie, the manager was quick to answer text messages. We also had mangoes and avocados from the trees in the back since Debbie said to enjoy the fruits!
