  We had such a wonderful 2 wks staying that I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Anything you could possibly need they had there. Week one was just my husband and I and wk two my son and girlfriend joined us. Their was plenty of room for all of us. My favorite part of home was the pool and screened in porch, Sat out and played cards every night 😎 can’t wait to go back 🍍🌞

  If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, accuracy of listing, location & neighborhood and especially for property manager we would!!! This house has everything you need, very well stocked which is out of the ordinary. Quiet neighborhood, the lovely lanai and close to beaches is a plus. We totally enjoyed our stay despite hurricane Helen! Looking forward to the next visit!

  We were right at home here and easily found everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked and it's nice to find some spices and some condiments in the fridge (unexpired). There were some treats in the freezer upon arrival so we left some for the next guests as well. The outdoor dining and seating area is awesome. We appreciated all the beach gear and pool noodles. The pool is in incredible condition and our kids were swimming whenever we were home. Even in August the pool is a bit chilly if you don't pay to heat it (compared to the warm gulf which was 89F!!!) but the air was 90F every day so we didn't mind. If we come back another time of year we would heat the pool. We loved how the backyard is so private and full of palms. This was our first trip to the area and we came to try out shark tooth hunting. We were successful at Manasota Beach and South Brohard. We left our big shark tooth sifter at the house to pass on the joy! We also saw dolphins, manatees, and eagles while we were out swimming in the gulf, so this was a memorable vacation. Any questions for the owner or local host were answered right away. • Comfy bungalow in South Venice

  Very well maintained home and beautifully decorated in South Venice. Pool very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Stores and reastaurants within a 10minute drive.
