CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- For emergency purposes, all guests must register with the Homeowners Association and the Treasure Island municipality. This way, all guests can be contacted in the event of an emergency
- The building is accessible via keyless entry at the north door (facing Publix). The code is 32541. A green light will be visible above the keypad after the code is entered, and then you can open the door
- Welcome to the lobby. Luggage carts are available for guest use
- Ride the elevator to the 3rd floor, and as soon as you exit, unit 308 will be toward the left, and then make a quick right
- The condo unit is also accessible via keyless entry. The code will be programmed as the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Touch the black screen for the keypad to appear
- Enter your 4 digits, then press #, and the door will unlock
- Likewise, to lock the door, touch the black screen for the keypad to appear. Long-press the * key until the keypad says locked
- Please use caution when using the luggage carts and entering the condo, or remove your items from the cart while it’s in the hallway. Don’t forget to return it to the lobby
- Inside the condo unit, there will be a key rack with two wrist bands, each with a key. These keys open the other lobby doors from the parking garage
- The code for the community pool is C094

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- We hope you enjoyed your stay!
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- It is helpful for you to remove all perishable items from the refrigerator and remove all trash
- If you're able to, please load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please log out of all personal streaming services
- Leave the parking passes on the kitchen counter, and the lobby keys on the key rack
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Return parking passes
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- The Palms of Treasure Island is conveniently located next to the Publix grocery store and 1 block from the Treasure Island Beach Public Access. The front of the building faces west and overlooks the Gulf with spectacular sunsets. The rear of the building overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay with incredible sunrises. On a clear day, you can see downtown St. Petersburg to the far east
- The community heated pool and hot tub are located at the rear of the building, along with a fishing dock. The code for the pool and hot tub gate is C094.
- Trash dumpsters are behind the white gates at the front of the building

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot. 
- Parking is available at The Palms either by surface lot or on the main floor beneath the building. 
- Please place the parking pass on your dashboard or rearview mirror.
