CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The building is accessible via keyless entry at the north door (facing Publix). The code is 32541. A green light will be visible above the keypad after the code is entered. This green light indicates that you can open the door
- Welcome to the lobby. Luggage carts are available for you to use. Please use caution when using the luggage carts and entering the condo, or just remove your items from the carts while they are in the hallway. Don’t forget to return the carts to the lobby
- To access the unit, ride the elevator to the 2nd floor. Unit 204 will be on your left as soon as you exit the elevator 
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 42644437#. Touch the black screen for the keypad to appear, enter 42644437, then press the '#' button to unlock the door
- To lock the door, touch the black screen for the keypad to appear and hold down the '*' button until the keypad says 'locked'
- Inside the unit, there will be a key rack with 2 wristbands, each with a key. These keys open the other lobby doors from the parking garage
- The code for the community pool is C094
- Welcome to our place! We are so happy to host you. And we are pleased to answer your questions or any concerns you may have before or during your stay
- For emergency purposes, all guests will be registered with the Homeowners Association and Treasure Island municipality. This will be done on your behalf by the Guest Contact. This way, all guests can be contacted in the event of an emergency
- Please inform Milo or Donna of any questions or concerns upon arrival so we can address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- We hope you enjoyed your stay 
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, it is helpful to us if you remove all perishable items from the refrigerator and remove your trash
- If you are able, please load and start your dishwasher
- If you’ve logged into any streaming services, please be sure to log out
- Leave your parking passes on the kitchen counter
- Leave the lobby keys on the key rack
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
