CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To coordinate community amenities pass, reach out to Delia at 402.210.7869 or evolvepartnerservices@gmail.com at least 5 days prior to arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Please wash and dry all used towels
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to an hour before daylight. This is a quiet community; no loud music is permitted
- Please do not feed the wildlife
- The golf cart and main garage are unavailable for guest use
- Must be at least 55 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property is located in a 55+ community
-  There is an app you can download that is free for The Villages in case you want to see ahead of time all the things to do around the area
-Guests of Villages’ residents whose home address is outside Lake, Sumter, and Marion Counties are eligible to use selected Villages’ resident amenity-supported recreational facilities; such as the pools, for example at no cost to you. Please reach out to Guest Contact if interested in guest passes for you and your guest.
-If interested in Temporary Resident ID's (2 Max) which give you access to additional amenities, such as; executive level golf courses and residential gyms, there is an additional one time flat fee of $50 to be paid upon receipt. Please reach out to the Guest Contact at least 5 days prior to arrival.

- 1 golf cart can be parked in the smaller garage located on the side of the home
