3/5 This VRBO is a converted garage attached to a house. The floors hadn't been mopped in weeks! There were no clocks except stove/microwave.I believe in live and let live, but we always knew when the people who lived in the house came home, because all you could smell was marijuana. VERY STRONG odor. Yet there is a no smoking rule for the VRBO. People who lived in the house walked directly in front of our window so keep your curtains closed. Batteries in TV and fan remotes were dead. Doormat is growing grass as it hasnt been cleaned in so long, and the windows were very dirty.If its an overnight stay you're good, but we stayed for a week.

Tampa concert visit
5/5 Perfect place to stay to attend a concert or event in the area. Shirt trip by uber to most venues. Clean comfortable. Lovely.

Cute but could use some work
4/5 House was super cute but there are no doors on either bathroom and no curtain on bathroom window, just a washer and dryer partially covering it. The toilet in that bathroom was also very weird and the shower was small. Appliances were very nice and the set up is cute, just needs doors for bathrooms and maybe later checkout times. 10am is a bit early. Overall it was a good stay!
