The Perfect Spot
5/5 The home was perfect for us. It was just my husband and I.
We did have a little problem entering the home but the communication with our contact was pretty quick.
We could imagine the home being comfortable with two more adults, but not the 8 people listed as a possibility because there is no space to pull out the trundles in the 2nd bedroom.
The pool cage needs repair which takes away from the ambiance of the lovely home.
Its proximity to downtown Tampa is amazing and we would stay here again!

4 ladies 65+ stayed for a Joyce Meyer conference in Tampa.
5/5 Property was clean and furniture modern and updated. Bathrooms were all clean and updated. Beds all comfy and clean. Laundry room was great. Unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kitchen was perfect. All appliances operational. Pool area could have been a little more updated and pool cleaned more regularly. Location was perfect in proximity to downtown Tampa. Cute little downtown Davis islands and plenty of biking and walking opportunities
