3/5 Property was ok. Needs updated. Beds not clean and a few things broken but the broken things were mostly fixed in a speedy manner. Some things not fixed and video or picture evidence was required. The pool vacuum was broken so the pool was dirty. Would probably not stay here again.

Hi Cindy, thank you for staying with us! The homeowner would like to address the concerns you mentioned:
- Our pool is serviced weekly, but since it’s not enclosed, some debris can naturally collect. A pool net is always available for guests to clear out any debris between service visits. The pool was cleaned both before your arrival and again during your stay.
- The shower head was replaced promptly after we were informed it was broken, and batteries for the door lock were delivered the same day.
- Our cleaning team assured us that the linens were clean, and we did not receive any photo evidence to suggest otherwise.
- The home is decorated in a classic beach style, and we’re sorry that the decor did not meet your expectations.

5/5 2 couples, each with a child 1 yr stayed at this property for 5 days. We were looking to get away from the cold north and soak up some sun on a low key vacation. The property management team actually ordered 2 pack 'n plays for us, so each couple had a safe place for our babies to sleep! Definitely above and beyond! The house was laid out very well for relaxation - we spent the mornings by the pool, enjoying coffee and conversation and spotting birds. In the evenings, the babies' rooms were far enough away from the livingroom and dining areas, so the adults could carry on coversation without disturbing them. This was a great place to stay and we'd happily do so again next time we're in Tampa!
