Short stay vacation
5/5 Ample room for all of our family and friends. Loved the game room and pool. In town for graduation and a short vacation. Questions answered and responded to in very reasonable time. Not far from several good restaurants and shopping.

Power went out second night & sketchy neighborhood, road closures to access
3/5 The kitchen and rooms were nice but aside from that it was really disappointing. Second night the power went completely out (including ac and it’s hot in April). Which also means the door no longer locked. I tried to contact the property manager and they didn’t respond and seemed to care less. Last day some homeless people started squating in a car in the driveway. I have a picture to upload if i can. The entire time there was a road closure to access so you had to go all the way around and then uber drivers kept going the wrong way. That was a complete mess.The master bathroom shower was not nice, that needs improvement. If you want somewhere to sleep this is the place, but it’s pretty pricey to only consider the bed.

- The power outage was due to an unexpected utility issue in the area and was resolved within a few hours that evening.
- The nearby road closure is part of a city-led improvement project. While it’s outside the owner's control, we understand the access challenges it caused.
- The property is located in an established residential neighborhood. While safety concerns are uncommon, your feedback has been noted.
- Communication and the condition of the master shower are being reviewed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

5/5 Our stay was perfect! Very spacious home, inside and out. Plenty activities for all ages. Room for the entire family to be together. Well stocked home with comfy seating and sleeping. The family had a great time, we will surely return for more family memories!
