Not quite up to expectations
3/5 The # of rooms worked great for a large family gathering. There was plenty of sitting area and table space. The above ground pool was nice even though the chlorine dispenser was out of chlorine. The fence was broken with a cigar butt left in yard. The house is located next to a worn down vacant house that was fenced in with everything overgrown. The game room was useless with broken machines and the response was it would be fixed after we left. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. Didn't find any large bowls and only 3 regular drinking glasses (plenty of champagne and wine glasses though)! The dishwasher had water in the bottom when we arrived. We tried using it but it then leaked all over the floor. I received no response, after I sent an email, about it getting fixed. We washed and dried our own dishes after the leak. For a large group, that's a lot of washing and drying! We did enjoy the fact that we could all be together and still enjoy meals in and not having to eat out.

Meadows Family Thanksgiving 2023
5/5 Everything was great & as advertised. There is so much room inside & out. Beautifully decorated & comfortable beds. So much entertainment for all ages. We will definitely try to rent again, if we have another opportunity to come to Tampa.
