5/5 My family and I made our way from Canada to Tampa for a bit of warmth and sun. This house provided all we needed. It was clean, well kept, comfortable and had the amenities that we needed. The outdoor area by the pool is really pleasant and comfortable, and we ate breakfast outside almost every morning. The house is also well located near supermarkets, theatres, sights, etc. Easy to get to almost everything. The property manager was an absolute joy to interact with and was so friendly. Really made us feel welcome. The next time we visit, we will definitely be looking to rent this home again.

Lanai is very nice!
4/5 The house was clean. However, the kitchen was under-equipped with pots and pans. The owner should consider updating the two twin mattresses in the guest room for more comfort. Three cameras in the lanai and pool area could be there for insurance purposes, but they felt invasive. Property management was eager to please when a problem occurred. House is in a friendly neighborhood, and the location was ok for us.

5/5 The home was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. We found it to be a little far from the attractions at Tampa, St Pete's and clearwater. The only problem was that the beautiful pool was not heated and in February we could not enjoy the water.
