  From start to finish, our 8-day stay in Cleo and John's home was perfect. The booking was easy and communication about the property and its details was prompt and clear. The home is beautifully furnished and spacious. Its layout is perfectly configured and our family of 5 (4 of whom were "working" from home) had plenty of room, both inside and outdoors in the beautiful lenai. The fully equipped kitchen was stocked with our favorite food basics which made our first breakfast after a late night arrival especially appreciated and convenient. The location of the house is ideal -- situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood (great for early morning walks), yet close to shops and an easy ride to downtown Tampa and all it has to offer. The attention to detail in this home made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Cleo and John's attention to detail made them fabulous hosts, and I cant recommend their property highly enough!

• Camera in the living space

  There were active cameras in the pool area which is part of the living space. The owner monitored how long the garage door was open and text me became she was unhappy with how long it was open. We could not use two doors in the home including the front door. I can only assume it was because the owner had cameras in the garage and was monitoring comings and goings. The owner insisted on being there when we arrived which was stressful since we were a group not coming in at the same time and with flight delays this became a problem working around the owner insisting on being there at arrival. Additionally, the automated pool cleaner was set to run during the day. As a consequence as we were trying to use the pool the hose and cleaner were moving around in the pool - complete inconvenience and did not make for a good experience.

  Hi Beth, The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -We provide added security to ensure guest safety. In the listing description and the pre-stay email, it is stated that there are 4 external security cameras that do not look into any internal spaces
  -The owner doesn't monitor those cameras but the security system did send an alert that the door had been left open
  -Upon check-in, we include a walkthrough of the property to give the guest an overview of its amenities and make sure they are familiar with the home
  - The pool sweep system runs from 8 am until 6 pm, 7 days a week. We must run this system to maintain the cleanliness of the pool, but do apologize that this caused issues during your stay.
  The owner truly goes above and beyond for their guests, like when they accommodated your early check-in at no extra charge, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Amazing home!

  We would definitely recommend this beautiful home. The decor is amazing! The beds are very comfortable, very spacious, the yard and pool area which was a little too chilly when we were there to use was awesome, I only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen seemed fully stocked.Cleo was great with communication before we arrived with lots of tips and ideas which was very helpful, and when we arrived she greeted us to show us the ins and outs of the home. If you are looking for a very well cleaned and maintained home, look no further. Thanks Cleo for making us feel very welcome!

  This house is absolutely beautiful. Like others have said before... the pictures do not do it justice. This house is huge and was perfect for the 6 adults in our group. Cleo and John were amazing host. From the time we booked, they reached out and gave us so many great recommendations. They kept us up to date on weather, pool temp, and even pollen levels the week of our stay. Our group had a great stay in the sunshine state and we would definitely use this house again!

  Great place to stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Outside area was excellent. Used the grill and the fire pit. Owner was more than helpful with local info.
