3/5 Host was polite but not helpful (perhaps she was not empowered to help.) Several amenities advertised as available were not actually present on the property, and the kitchen was not equipped for six people. There was no welcome book with details like wifi access.Otherwise the place was nicely clean and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and everything that was there worked.
