Pleasant Stay
5/5 We enjoyed staying at the house. It was in a great location right off of US 1 in Stuart. You are about 5-10 min from downtown Stuart and 15 minutes away from various golf courses (The Saints of Port St. Lucie, Champions at Summerfield, Florida Club). The hot tub was excellent after a day of golf and we used it quite often. Pool is nice, although we did not go in. Kitchen had everything one would need. Master bedroom was great, bed was comfortable with a slider out to the hot tub & pool. The ability to do laundry was also a huge plus.
That being said, the house is right under the flight path to Stuart Airport. You will have private jets and smaller aircraft flying over the house throughout the day. This didn't bother us at all but felt it should be mentioned. Also, you can also hear various train horns (Brightline and freight trains) being somewhat close to the rail line. The neighborhood itself is quiet. No loud music, etc.
The outside area could use some sprucing up. White PVC Fence and patio need power washing, palm trees need trimming, and the various shrubs and grass could use some care. Again, did not prevent us from enjoying the back yard. It is more aesthetics.
If we decide to stay in Stuart again, I would definitely rent this house again. The owner was receptive to texts, especially with pool/hot tub logistics (how to turn on, run hot tub but not pool, etc.)
Quick trip to Stuart
4/5 This was a great spot for us. It was close to the family we were visiting in Palm City and to downtown. The house was spacious and well maintained. All the linens were crisp and clean. The pool was great for my kids and the provided pool towels and noodles were great. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here in the future if needed. Thanks for a great stay!
