  The check in process was easy. The house was basically clean. The living room pictures need to be updated. There are 2 couches and one is not comfortable and needs replacing. It’s very hard to recline as the buttons are sticking. The refrigerator smelled like spoiled seafood the entire time. I reached out and received no response. The mini fridge upstairs froze the drinks. The grill was very dirty so we had to buy cleaner and clean it before we used it. We were there for 5 nights and only had 3 garbage bags. We had to buy more. The kitchen was stocked very well. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms although there were no TVs in them. There was only 1 tv in the entire house. Not sure we would stay again.

   - I sincerely apologize for the lack of response. Could you please let me know how you tried to reach out and to whom? I want to address this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again. Our local managers are known for being highly responsive to our renters' requests and needs.
   - We've taken care of the refrigerator odor and will make sure it is thoroughly checked before future guests arrive. This can be a challenging issue in our area, as guests often store their catches of fish and scallops in the refrigerator and freezer. With the back-to-back bookings during scallop season, it's difficult to defrost the freezer during the short turnover time available to our cleaning crew. We have also adjusted the temperature on the mini fridge to prevent drinks from freezing.
   - The grill has been cleaned, and we will implement a more rigorous inspection before each stay.
   - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter supply of toiletries and other essentials. Once these are used up, guests typically purchase additional supplies.

  It was very nice and definitely like a home away from home. Fully stocked to meet all our needs. Easy to find and located near our favorite places. Will recommend to our friends and family that like to visit the area as well.

  This is my second time staying at this house, & it’s absolutely perfect! It is clean, spacious, and has a very well- stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. There’s a nice screened in patio area that is great for hanging out on and playing games. The rooms are great too. The host, Mitch, is just the nicest and very accommodating. He is very prompt to respond and takes care of anything you need. He definitely makes the experience even better! I’m already looking forward to booking it again next year!
