Family getaway
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house worked out perfectly for us. Enough room for all 10 of us and the pool was a hug hit with the grandkids. Also a big advantage was our proximity to the beautiful beaches. While the neighborhood may not have welcomed with open arms, we knew that our property manager, Jojo, was always there for us should any issues arise with the house. Will definitely look to Evolve for our future trips.
Quiet retreat
3/5 Property is nicely nestled by trees & foliage in quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay despite the neighbors who all obviously do not approve of rental in the neighborhood - many signs voicing their opposition as you approach property - a bit intimidating but no one bothered us. A honey bee swarm resides in the carport…

Family vacation
4/5 Layout and number of bathrooms adequately accommodated our family of twelve. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was just a short drive to the beach and resturants.
