  The bad: When we arrived there was a dirty plate and fork in the sink, there were 20 dirty/wet towels on the top of the washing machine. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper total for the whole house. They provide 2 air mattresses that both go flat by morning, and they don’t provide any extra blankets in the house.

• Had some issues unfortunately

  The house was cute overall, but just lots of random issues that when added up in total, definitely caused us some stress. We were allowed to check in a few hours early which was great, but were told the “team” would be by to check the property around 3:30pm that day but they never showed. If they had showed, they would have probably found the following:- hole in the wall in bunk room- broken queen bed (middle beam in bed frame broken and slats eventually fell out, making the bed unusable)- broken pull out bed upstairs- broken porch sliding door - dirty dishes in cabinets- peeling bathtub floor in main floor bath- no dish pods available for us to run the dishwasher (per checkout instructions)We reached out to the host following our visit to share our concerns, and never heard back. Hoping to hear back soon, because we paid quite a bit of money for the long weekend and it did not live up to the expectation.

  Hi Avery, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We followed up with the owner, who would like to clarify the following:
  - Our maintenance team responded during your stay to repair the queen bed after it was reported. The upstairs pull-out bed is functional, and usage instructions are provided for guest reference.
  - Some cosmetic issues, like the mark behind the bunk room door, were the result of previous guest damage and already scheduled for repair.
  - We were not made aware of missing dishwasher pods, but will ensure this is reviewed going forward. Communication was maintained throughout your visit, and we did our best to be responsive.
  We appreciate your feedback and continue working to provide a positive experience for all guests.

  thank you so much from our family. We had a wonderful week together making wonderful memories. The location was perfect but you clearly know that the neighborhood hates you. that was kind of uncomfortable... The house was great! a few quirks but nothing that was impending our vacation. the kitchen lights flicker occasionally, the water pressure upstairs was next to nothing, and upon arrival there was no toilet paper....I would highly recommend this vrbo and would stay there again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house worked out perfectly for us. Enough room for all 10 of us and the pool was a hug hit with the grandkids. Also a big advantage was our proximity to the beautiful beaches. While the neighborhood may not have welcomed with open arms, we knew that our property manager, Jojo, was always there for us should any issues arise with the house. Will definitely look to Evolve for our future trips.
