Sun and fun
5/5 The house was the perfect size for our group of five. Lovely pool and straight walking route to the beach. Especially liked screened porch and comfy living room couches. Kitchen had everything we needed and even found beach mats in the garage. House was spic and span when we arrived. Bedrooms could use new mattresses and higher quality sheets, but overall it didn’t detract from our experience.
Temporary stay while house is getting repaired from hurricane
5/5 We had a great stay at the Seminole pool house. It has everything you need. Pots pans, even baking pans. Beds were pretty comfy and the yard was as fantastic, it has tons of room, big pool and fire pit. And neighbor was super safe, we enjoyed morning walks and it’s very close to the beach. :)

3/5 The house had some good and bad. The living room and dining room were nice and open and provided a good social area for morning breakfast and lunch. The pool area was really nice. Large pool with shallow and deep end (9-10ft). A nice sunroom and a short drive to the beach. The negatives were bedrooms do not have much storage space for clothes at all, one bed frame very weak on one side and lifted up when you sat at the edge of the bet. Bathrooms were okay. House could use a few cosmetic updates to increase the appeal.

Great vacation home
5/5 Enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Home was clean and fully furnished. Some minor repairs needed, but overall the home was in great condition.
