4/5 We loved the location and the house is beautiful. But they communication with evolve the managment company was not acceptable. We tried twice to get ahold of someone with minor issues and was told to.contact the owner but with no.contact info.

Nice, Clean House with Plenty of Space
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean home. There was plenty of parking, which was great for our group. The only thing we wished for was Wi-Fi, as some of our group were foreign travelers and needed it for communication. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Less than acceptable
2/5 We were very unhappy that the supply of hot water for showers was super limited, throughout our stay we managed to have three hot showers among the three adult quest. We felt this inconvenience was unacceptable on relationship to the fees we paid. We could not in good conscience ever recommend this place to family or friends in Sebring.

Nice place but needs some updating
3/5 Nice neighborhood. The house was clean but it needs new carpet and updated linen. It looks like they put random pieces of furniture to furnish the place. Master shower is nice. Not a bad place to stay. I would just reccomend doing a little updating
