• Malfunctioning fridge was not acceptable

  After checking in, we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling properly. When the owner was notified of this issue, she said they were aware and it needed to be replaced. We had to use coolers with ice and still lost some food due to improper refrigeration. We should have been notified of the issue and offered alternative accommodations. The owner told me he owns multiple properties in the same complex. Disappointing as we were evacuating during a hurricane and were already stressed. The unit overall was ok. The neighbors were extremely kind and helpful.

  -The homeowner was not aware of the intermittent issue with the refrigerator before your stay. Given the challenging conditions of the hurricane, it was difficult to arrange immediate repairs, but we understand how this affected your experience and sincerely regret the inconvenience.
  -Since your departure, the homeowner has replaced all the kitchen appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, to ensure future guests have a seamless stay.
  -During the hurricane, the homeowner did their best to support multiple families who were evacuating, and we’re glad to hear that the neighbors were also helpful during this time.

When you mentioned seeing two dead roaches on the kitchen floor, we explained that it was due to a recent pest control treatment. The treatment was done to prevent any issues, and the dead insects you observed resulted from this treatment.

• Great Stay

  We were in Sebring to meet with our builder and real estate agent. We like having our own living space that comes with all the comforts of home, this house met all of our needs. The owner was really great at communicating.

  This was a great place. The owner was very good in answering any questions that I had and I can guarantee you that I will definitely be back
