4/5 Apartment 305 is updated; building is being renovated, but don’t shy away; every building, in time needs upgrading love; it is newly sprinklered; for family members that can’t walk very far, the ocean is literally right there! Owner is super friendly and accommodating; no luggage carts and bathroom outside of lobby is being renovated; no W/D; TV in each room and AC works well. No pool but it is rumored to have a new one soon; comfortable bedding.

5/5 Nice condo in a quiet beach area. Would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It does have direct beach access. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful
5/5 Wonderful stay and a wonderful location. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony off the living room. Immediate and easy Beach access. Made for a very easy and inclusive stay. The condo is very well furnished and very comfortable. Once stocked with food. No need to leave. Plan on using this location for future visits from family from the North. Had a wonderful view of a Falcon rocket launch. Very easy to access key and parking. Fantastic stay and a fantastic host.
