The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It is very well equipped. However, the backyard was overgrown and there were mosquitos everywhere.

- We ensure our homes are clean and well-equipped for every guest’s stay, and we’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness and decor.
- Our landscaper is scheduled for biweekly cuts, but it seems there was a missed appointment, which will be addressed immediately.
- We have a pest control company that treats the property every other month to manage mosquitoes, but we’ll review our pest control measures to enhance the outdoor experience.

We came to the area to visit family and really enjoyed the house. Katia was very responsive and helpful. The AC wasn’t working properly and she sent someone immediately to fix it (on a Friday night). The beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need for the beach—including a wagon to haul it all. We came in June so, unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the patio outside because it was so hot, but it is a great outdoor space. We will definitely come back!
This property has a lot of potential for a comfortable get away.
First change where those security cameras are facing, people like their privacy.
Second, get the house fumigation tenting, you have a major termite infestation, little creatures flying all around the house, dead bodies all over and the wings! The wings are in the cabinets, on the plates and glasses, all over the counters, tables, windowsills and baseboards.
Third leave instructions for the new guest on how your smart lock functions. We had to look up online how to lock the door from the outside (hint: You have to press and hold the hashtag button # until it locks.
Fourth, $$$$ cleaning fee and $$ "damage protection fee" are you F..king kidding me, The cost of our stay was cheaper than the total of your fees...
And communication from the management company Evolve is pathetic.

-The security cameras are set up to monitor the property for maintenance and security purposes. We will adjust it to ensure more privacy for our guests.
-We deeply regret the critter issue you encountered. Our pest control company treats the property bi-monthly, but we have already scheduled an immediate re-treatment to address this problem.
-We've now printed and placed instructions for the smart lock on the inside of the door to ensure future guests have no trouble with its operation.
-We understand your concerns about the cleaning and damage protection fees. VRBO clearly outlines all taxes and fees at check-out before guests need to confirm their payment.
