Great little spot!

5/5 We had a great stay. We were close to everything and we really enjoyed our stay. Impressed how clean the room was.
Cute Place
3/5 This place was okay but not great. It's located on a very busy street. The noise from the road was extremely loud. Cars could be heard 24/7. It also was not very clean. The place stunk like fish. There were lots of ants. We had to go out and purchase ant-killer. The inside was renovated nicely, and the furniture was cute. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

- Cleanliness & Ants: I apologize for the lack of cleanliness and the ant problem. We have a pest control contract in place and could have addressed this immediately if notified during your stay. I’ve also spoken with our cleaning team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
- Noise: The property’s location on a busy street may not be ideal for everyone, but we strive to provide a comfortable stay despite this. To help mitigate noise, we provide a white noise machine, which we hope added some convenience.

5/5 We have stayed in many short term rentals while we travel and on our trip to Sarasota we weren't sure if we could find something decent in such short notice. They were incredibly accommodating and the rental was spotless. My kids have asked several times if we can go back. We will definitely be staying there again!

5/5 Brand new towels, linens, and dishes. My only suggestion would be a bit more light in the living area. Very pleasantly surprised!
