Great location
5/5 Overall the location and cottage was good. We had a few issues but the Property Manager was quick to respond and made sure we were accommodated. My husband and I would recommend.

5/5 Clean, fresh, cozy cottage atmosphere. Very well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and wagon. Short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Owner was great about communicating and fixing a minor electrical problem. Loved it and would stay here again.

Stay in Siesta Key
5/5 My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the cottage and had a great time. The house is in close proximity to everything needed - beach, restaurants, bars, shops. We had a rental car to drive out to Sarasota and other nearby areas, but if you stay in Siesta Key you don’t need one. The owner was friendly, very helpful and always quick to respond. There was good room for the two of us in the cottage. The bikes provided in the garage were fun to use and we enjoyed sitting outback with some chairs by the water for some evenings. Would definitely recommend others traveling to the area to check this place out.

Great location and perfect communication!
5/5 We had a great stay at this cute, clean cottage. It was exactly as described with no surprises. The location could not be better- as it is steps from the village, restaurants, coffee, grocery, and free trolley. We were only here for a long weekend but had everything we needed within reach. Short walk to the beautiful beach.
Communication was probably the highlight of this stay. Our host was extremely communicative and replied to questions very promptly. We especially appreciated his quick response when we had something come up and needed to contact him in the evening.
