3/5 Very leaky shower,
parking was not properly marked but worked out. The pull out sofa in studio was very uncomfortable.
Lack of property instructions.
We did like how close to town & beach it was located.

Had we been made aware of the leaky shower during your stay, we would have acted swiftly to address and repair the issue to ensure your comfort. Our goal is to promptly resolve any concerns so that our guests can fully enjoy their time at the property.
-As for the parking, we believe the instructions are clearly outlined in the check-in details. We prefer not to place additional signage around the property to maintain its aesthetic. However, any parking issues would have been resolved immediately if brought to our attention.

5/5 Has everything needed for a stay at the beach and is close to everything. Very clean with a full size stove/oven and fridge. Will stay again.
5/5 Great location. 3 houses away from the village. Clean room. Great communication from host But this is not a luxury hotel room. Pull out bed. Property nice. Would stay here again.

Siesta Key Village Studio - Excellent Choice!
5/5 The unit was perfect! Cute, clean, and convenient with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect too, located right in the heart of the village (restaurants, shopping and free trolley!) while still private in a beautiful neighborhood setting along the peaceful canal, simply to bird watch, or grab one of the bicycles in the shed for a beach ride. Pure Zen.
