Conveniently Located Home in Sarasota

Hazardous
1/5 Flooring through out the unit was a trip hazard. Should not be a VRBO because people live upstairs in the house, ant problem.

– We connected with you during your stay, but you didn’t mention these concerns. We wish you had let us know so we could've looked into them immediately. After reviewing your feedback, we confirmed the flooring is completely safe for guests and found no signs of an ant issue.
– The listing clearly states there is another short-term rental upstairs, not a long-term tenant, so guests are aware before booking.

Great place with awesome host!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive, immediately solving the few problems we had with access. Wes kept in touch and went over and beyond when I left a couple of items behind to send them to my home. We rented ebikes for the week and were able to get almost anywhere easily. Highly recommended!
