It worked but need updates
4/5 Fry pans were put in cupboard but were damaged and unusable. It rained and water come in under entrance door.Carpet in living room needs cleaning. Beds were comfortable and clean. Windows are old and noises came into property. Located on very busy road. Pool was clean.

It is a good place to stay with the family. We stayed for a week and we really liked it. The residents of the area are very friendly. The shops are 5 minutes away. The beach is 10 minutes away. We really liked staying there. I recommend it 100 percent.

5/5 We wanted to be close to the beach and we were. We looked for a place with a pool which we ended up not using but it was nice to have the option.
Great restaurants near by and clean home. I'm used to hotels so having to remove trash/ adjust thermostat was new but no crazy weird demands upon leaving.
Would definitely recommend.
This residence is great for 2 couples to share for a weekend getaway. Just be warned only 1 full bath up stairs and a half on the first floor.
Miss
2/5 The inside of the property was clean and well stocked. The beach chairs were all rusted and broken, useless. The property was on a very noisy street
