  The house was amazing!! There was everything we could ever need for the beach there. The pool was great!!! The house was beautiful everything was super clean. Lots of space for the 11 of us. We will for sure be coming back!! Thank you for having such an amazing place for us. We will for sure be coming back!!!

• The Best Vacation House

  A break down on the best vacation house!

  1. The kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled the first night on the gas grill and ate outside on the back deck.

  2. The beds were the most comfortable beds and all the pillows were top notch!

  3. All the bathrooms and showers were really nice and clean.

  4. The golf cart was hands down the best idea ever! We took it daily to the beach, shopping and dinner. We never left the strip for dinner. We ate at goat feathers twice, local catch, shunk gulley and several ice cream and smoothie places.

  4. There is a grocery store (Publix) about 10 minutes from the house.

  5. The garage was nice and well equipped with a fridge and ice and that is where you store and charge the golf cart.

  6. Pool was perfect!! You can pay to have it heated. We didn’t do this because it was mid July. It’s plenty big and really clean. It’s a salt water pool. Very clean and nice. The outside area is well taken care of and very nice and clean!

  7. The hot tub is nice as well. We got in one night and enjoyed it.

  8. Where the house is located is very nice and quiet. We are from the country and we got to see some deer while we were there. It’s so peaceful!

  9. The guys went fishing while we were there and they enjoyed that. There is a book inside the house that tells you everything about the house and phone numbers to fishing places along with other “things to do” while on your stay.

  10. Last thing, this is a pet friendly home and with that being said, we could not smell or tell that there were other dogs there before us. I was a little worried about this but you will have nothing to worry about. I know our dog is well behaved and house trained but you never know how others are. They do a fantastic job cleaning the home inside and outside.

  The house was great, very clean, updated and had everything that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The pool area was perfect for the times that we were not at the beach. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Loved having the golf cart.

• Perfect house for a family 30a vacation

  We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ted’s property for our 30a Memorial Day vacation. Both the house itself and the location were perfect to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast. The house had everything we needed—a beautiful pool, kitchen supplies, towels, a golf cart, and most importantly SPACE! And on top of that, Ted was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond, kind, professional, and extremely passionate. We highly recommend this property, and will be looking forward to booking again ourselves in the future.
