Well appointed and very comfortable
5/5 We can't thank Eddie enough for a wonderful stay. He is a very gracious host and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The house is very nice with plenty of space. The front and back lanais were very nice to relax after our long days. We enjoyed the BBQ, outdoor dining and fire pit.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Loved the location and pool!
5/5 We were in the area for a wedding weekend, and the location was perfect. The home had a large primary bedroom and awesome attached bath. Plenty of room for our family. Nice quiet neighborhood was an added plus.
It was a warm weekend, so the pool was a great relief from the heat.
Beaches, parks, etc were a short 10-15 minute drive.
Although we didn't use them, there were bikes and fishing gear available in the garage.
Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Englewood/Placida area.
Working with the owner Eddie was a joy.

5/5 Great to have the pool and the canal to fish in. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, very comfortable house with lots of room.
