  The home is immaculate! The decor is welcoming and so beautiful! Devi is an amazing, responsive hostess! It’s not far from the beach at all! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is bc I wished I was closer to the park. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 6!

  Rx Cape was a great way to spend a few days of R&R! Home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay!

  Such a lovely property! We've vacationed to this area before and love how it is removed from the summer crowds. Booking and communication was easy and straight forward. Very clear about how to gain access to the property and how to leave the property when checking out. The main portion of the house is where all of the rooms are located. It was very clean and comfortable. We traveled with my parents and our three children - 7 people total and there was plenty of space. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. We cooked all but one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are two separate porches which came in handy when people needed some private space. The game room area is a separate portion - filled with books and board games, there are lots of beach items too (a wagon, chairs, toys). The outside is fenced in so our dog was able to stay safe outside when sandy from the beach and then we showered her off each night with their easy access to the water hose- even dog towels and shampoo are provided. It was a quick walk to the private beach which was never crowded while we were there. Just FYI - beach entry is in the neighborhood and there is no parking by the boardwalk, so even if you rent a golf cart, there would be no where to park it. BUT from a separate entry you can drive vehicles on the beach. Overall we had a wonderful time and this is one of the few properties we have stayed at where we said we will definitely book again!

• Great new house in quiet neighborhood

  My family really enjoyed this house. It's new, clean and well done. There is a separate game room facility that was like having a bonus house, as you can't get to it through the house. The space was great and met all our needs. This is the kind of house I love to visit and would recommend!

  The house was clean, and beautiful. Had nearly everything you’d need for a stay! Beds were comfy. Short walk to the beach. Quite and beautiful area.
