Waterfront - Port Richey Property
3/5 The inside of the house was updated - cute interior, nice layout, newer appliances. Really liked the outdoor pool and screened porch. The outside patio area needed to be cleaned and there were a lot of small ants. The neighborhood was not great - majority of homes were not kept up very well. The price reflects the less desirable neighborhood. The exterior could use some better landscaping and upkeep in the yard. The dryer works but does not actually dry clothes. Overall, was a good value.

-While outdoor conditions can be difficult to fully control, your concerns have been noted and referred to the appropriate professionals.
-We understand that the neighborhood didn’t meet your expectations. It is generally regarded as a quiet, peaceful area situated right on the lake, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and beaches.
