Spacious home and very clean
4/5 Home was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and the open living space allowed us to visit with plenty of room. The pool table was fun: however the darts didn’t work. Nice pool but too cold to swim. Added touches such as bath cloths, soap for baths and more than two coffee mugs would be a welcomed addition. Nice neighborhood. Very quiet.. Enjoyed our stay.

Spacious retreat
5/5 The house was very clean with four bedrooms and a large common area with TV, seating, two dining areas, a pool table and dart board. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area was beautiful with a fenced in yard for our pet. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

4/5 The house and neighborhood proved to be a very good fit for our needs, as we were dislocated from our previous FL rental property of over 10 years due to hurricane damage on Manasota Key. Our property managers, Angel and Jessica, were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Both the house and location were absolutely as advertised. As first-time customers of VRBO and Evolve, we were very pleased with our stay.
