Summary of Stay
3/5 *One of the bathroom sinks was stopped up when we arrived.
***Ac did NOT keep place cool during daytime. It will be 78° inside the house and Would sweat just sitting in the living room watching tv but was nice and cool at night.
*the tiny fan in the living room make annoying loud noises when on
*had to change the batteries in the ac monitor on the wall
*The house smelled very musty when we arrived, almost like body odor.
*The water pressure was very good in the shower.
*Community pool and activities are very nice and we had fun swimming and playing shuffle board.
***the “Queen day bed” is really just a twin day bed with a twin slide out. But we made it work.
Thank you for letting us stay at you home. It was nice to have a place to visit family.

Hi Holly, we want our guests to be comfortable throughout their stay, so we’re sorry to hear you had some concerns. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The bathroom sink clog has already been reported to a plumber. The issue will be fully resolved before future guests arrive.
- The A/C unit is brand new, but we’ll have it checked to ensure it’s functioning properly during hotter daytime hours.
- We are working with our cleaning team to refresh the space and will ensure the home is thoroughly aired out to address any musty smell.
- We're glad the water pressure in the shower met your expectations and that you enjoyed the community pool and activities.
