Pt Charlotte Trip
4/5 Location was just as Matt explained. Was a great place to relax and unwind and the boat ride to main body of water took about 35 minutes which was great for the group but a bit far for me to try fishing big water. Even so, we all had a great time.

Good vacation!
4/5 This is a very nice home in a great location. Matt is very easy to correspond with and responds quickly to issues. Paid extra for pool heater but between sub tropical weather and pool heater issues we were only in the pool 2 days out of 14. Caught quite a few fish from dock. Gorgeous view!
