  It is Clean but a lot of inconveniences for the price

• Good bones but not rental ready and pool was too cold.

  Our rental was for a whole month with six adults. The house was spacious enough for our group with three full baths and we loved the use of the 2 car garage. The location was good for local shopping and some restaurants. However, the house was not rental ready as there we numerous kitchen lights out, a leaking propane tank on patio and hurricane shutters were still in place on some windows. Finally, the substantial extra cost for heating the pool was a total waste of money. We contacted owner to have temperature of pool raised from a chilly 79 degrees to a more acceptable temp of 84, he refused this request. This dramatically reduced our pool use and as he was firm in not accommodating us, we will not rent this site again.

Regarding the hurricane shutter and the reported issues with kitchen lights and the propane tank, we regret that we were not made aware of these during your stay. We take these matters seriously and would have addressed them promptly had we been informed. We are in the process of removing the hurricane shutter to enhance the overall guest experience.
  -As for the pool heat, we did receive your request for pool heat at check-in, and we promptly accommodated your specified time and temperature two days later. We were under the impression that the matter was resolved to your satisfaction, and we apologize for any miscommunication.
